Zine-o-riffic.
26th July 2004, 12.33pm

I've been slogging away at the zines page of this site for what feels like a year now, snatching spare time where it can be found, running off to school to do some more scanning, running back the next day with the bits I'd forgotten to bring the first time, troubleshooting the pages, fucking about, building stuff that just looks crap then abandoning it and wondering why I wasted time on that little intricacy in the first place, ignoring the icy pain in my freezing fingers as I sit in the only room in the house without proper heating... the usual. Anyway, now it's finally finished. Some of it's been up for a while, but this is the first time it's all been there in the one place. Ladeez and Gennulmen, I now declare the zines page officially open!

SEE! Excerpts from the long-defunct Duck Fat zine, including interviews with comic luminaries Scott McCloud and Grant Morrison!

SEE! A sample from the notorious Hal Hartley interview zine with the hideously and not-as-funny-as-it-sounded-the-first-ten-times name!

SEE! The full contents of four (count them, four!) issue of the off-the-cuff zine that is Jutchy Ya Ya!

SEE! A downloadable version of "Hey! I Reckon I Could Do That!", the step-by-step beginner's guide to zinemaking that appeared in the inaugural zine anthology, Chimp Frenzy!

It's all there for your edification and amusement, bees and gulls. Enjoy.

Now I just have to get the comics section up and running...
