of DOOM index < | > I just came across www.thankyoutony.com, a site that lets you send a message of appreciation to Tony Blair for committing troops to the war in Iraq, but I'm dismayed to discover that there's no corresponding www.thankyoujohn.com. Although, factoring in the lack of any www.thankyouanders.com, www.thankyoumikulas.com, www.thankyoufatos.com or www.thankyoukessai.com, it seems like we're not the only member of the Coalition of the Willing (a phrase that always makes me think of The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants) that isn't getting due recognition for its efforts. A search for domain names shows that the above are all still available to any grateful and enterprising individual with sufficient inclination and spare time on their hands, as are www.nothankyoutony.com and www.nothankyoujohn.com, for those who wish to put the other viewpoint across. |
