  1. Built in March 1983, this 3 star Guest House is the ideal mainland escape, with and without the kids.
  2. Set only 250 metres from Tankerton Jetty (5 minutes walk) with sea views, beaming into every room (including the loo). Warning: visitors find it very hard to leave.
  3. Entertainment includes "Murder Mystery weekends", eco-tours, bush-walking,  meals, and open fires.

2. Mc Leod Eco Farm

         i.            Once a Government run "training camp" (prison) for guests of His/Her Majesty and a Government School Outdoor Ed. Camp, McLeod is now a working organic farm, set up to provide rest & recreation experiences, meals and accommodation at a budget price in an idyllic setting, on a secluded beach surrounded by National Park

       ii.            Customers include backpackers, families, cyclists, bush-walkers, nature lovers, campers, groups such as schools, churches, art groups, cycling and other sporting clubs, etc, etc. Many working holiday seekers eg the Internationals WOOFERS, (Willing WOrkers For Organic Farms, especially enjoy the "farm".

Recently Sold, but just back “open for business” but operating under a new name

Opened in late 2002, this B&B provides eco-friendly, ensuite accommodation, private verandahs with stunning sea views.
