The Pinnacles, Fraser Island, Queensland

The Pinnacles are a natural sandstone formation on the Eastern Beach at Fraser Island.  Though it doesn't look particularly impressive in a photo, the human figures in the front should give you a sense of scale, and explain why the original aboriginal inhabitants of the island considered them a sacred site.
