OASIS ANU TA
Oasis Anu Ta is a 50 hectare (120 acre) property located 45 km. from Melbourne, close to the town of Bacchus Marsh. It is gently undulating, partially regenerated farmland, with views of Mt Blackwood, Mt Bullengarook and Mt Macedon. The northern boundary extends about 800 metres along the upper reaches of the Melton Reservoir on the Werribee River. The homestead and associated outbuildings are located at the top of the escarpment, with extensive views of the water and the rocky, well vegetated river gorge. The land is inhabited by abundant native wildlife. The unusual and varied environment can be explored via a number of walking tracks that skirt the riverbank and the escarpment. The water is suitable for swimming, boating and fishing, although the reservoir is often below full capacity, particularly in drought periods.
