Love Potion Bath Spell (for one)
.
This spell is to help to bring self-love into your life.

Perform this spell on a Friday night.

You will need:

  • Small Rose Quartz Crystal
  • 3 fresh Rose petals
  • A small handful of rose petals (separate from the 3 above)
  • 5 drops Rose Water (Food quality)
  • A beautiful chalice to drink from (You can decorate a plastic cup if that is all you have, but make it a symbol of beauty and decadence).
  • Red wine, or if you don't like wine,  you can use Grape juice, non-alcoholic wine or lemonade with a drop or two of red food colouring added.
  • 3 red candles
  • 3 candles of your choice, colours that you like.
  • Bubble bath, rose or jasmine if possible, if not, add a few drops of oil to it.

To make the potion, add the 3 fresh rose petals, rose water and crystal to the wine or lemonade.  Stir this, and pour into the chalice.

Run a warm bath for yourself.  Have some nice music playing, and add the bubble bath.  Sprinkle the rose petals over the water, and light all the candles.  Turn out the lights, and sink into the bath.

While you are soaking, drink the wine in small sips, and close your eyes, meditating on how beautiful and wonderful you are (Because you are!)  Feel the bubbles against you skin, and remember how amazing your skin is.

Smell the rose scent, and remember how wonderful your senses are.  Listen to the music, and feel the beauty flowing from your body, and dancing around the room like a swirl of pink light.

When you wish to, you may get out of the bath, wrapping yourself in the fluffiest towel you can find.  Pamper yourself with some nice scented body lotion or talcum powder.  Dress in some nice clothes, or a silky night gown, and spend the rest of the evening relaxing or go straight to bed.
