Mirror Mirror on the wall

This spell
is to attract self love.
Place 4 white
candles so that when you are sitting on the floor, there is one in front
of you, one behind you and one on either side of you. (Make sure
you can't burn yourself on the one behind you!) Light the candles and turn
out all the lights. Light Rose incense, or use Rose oil, and look
into a mirror. As you look at your reflection, look at all your features,
and realise how beautiful you really are. If you can stand up and
still see your whole body, that is good, if not, continue sitting.
As you look at each part of your body, Say:
"Blessed
be my eyes, that I may see the beauty all around me.
Blessed
be my nose, that I may enjoy the rich fragrances around me.
Blessed
be my ears, that I may hear the voices of those I love.
Blessed
be my mouth, that I may speak, sing and kiss.
Blessed
be my heart, that I may feel the love of those around me.
Blessed
be my breasts (Females), that I may nourish a hungry child.
(Blessed
be my chest (Males), that it be a symbol of my Strength.
Blessed
be my stomach, that it may be filled with the bounty of the land.
Blessed
be my womb (Females), that I may create life.
(Blessed
be my penis (Males), that I may spread the seed of life.)
Blessed
be my hands, that I may touch, soothe and caress.
Blessed
be my arms, that I may embrace life as well as those I love.
Blessed
be my legs, that I may stand up for what I believe in.
Blessed
be my knees, that I may kneel before my Goddess and God.
Blessed
be my feet, that I may walk the path I choose."
If/when
you come across parts of your body you don't feel you love. Don't
forget to bless them too. Find reasons why you might like them (they
can be humorous). For example:
"Bless
my fat, that I may be cuddly, and interesting to touch!
Bless
my bony elbows, that I may poke people with great success!
Bless
my large bottom, that I may never want for a cushion to sit upon!
Bless
my pimples, for they represent the stars that shine in the night sky!
Bless
my split ends, that I may have 2 of which most people have only 1! "
When you have
finished appreciating your whole body, smile to yourself and say:
"
Blessed be my imperfections, as they prove that I am human,
I
am me, and I am perfect. I am special, as I am a child of the Goddess,
She is
within me, and around me, I am surrounded by love"
Conclude
the spell by making a list of all the wonderful things about you, things
you like about your body, talents you have, dreams you have...anything
you like about yourself, and place this list somewhere you will be reminded
of it often.
