• Plain Talcum powder.  If this is unavailable, you may use Lavender, rose, jasmine or Neroli scented powder (Or anything you can get)
• A mortar and Pestle
• 4 tbs Dried Rose Petals
• 4 tbs Dried Lavender flowers
• 4 tbs Dried Lotus Root
• 4 tbs Dried Jasmine flowers

With the Mortar and pestle, grind the herbs into a fine dust.  Add this dust to the talcum powder.  You can use as much talcum powder as you feel is necessary.  Hold your hands over the bowl, Imagine pink light flowing from your heart, down your arms and into the powder.  Say:
 

 "The love flows from me into this powder,
 All who touch it, shall feel my love.
 Those who wish to return it,
 Please send them swiftly to my door."

If you want to target a specific person with this spell, say instead:
 

  "When ....<name>... shall touch it, he'll/she'll feel my love
And if he/she wishes to return it,
Please send him/her swiftly to my door"

Take the powder outside and fling it to the air.  If you are targeting a specific person, you might wish to fling it in a place where they are most likely to touch it.  

You may even like to take it to their house (if you can) and sprinkle a little bit around their house, in their bed, over their clothes, and anywhere else you think they will be able to touch it.  (I mean a little, you don't want to be leaving suspicious white mounds of powder all over the place!)
