You will need: Paper and pen
Once you are satisfied that you have written them all. Take the paper and screw it up into a ball as tight as you can. Hold the paper ball and think of all the feelings you have tangled up in a confusing mess. Feel your confusion at the situation. Carefully open
the paper ball (So that you don’t rip it), and lay it flat on your ironing
board. Place a tea towel or piece of cloth over the paper, and carefully
iron it. As you iron, imagine the tangle of feelings you have slowly
untangling themselves as the paper itself straightens. Say:
“These are my feelings, all in a tangle.Keep the piece of straightened paper and remind yourself that you can untangle and straighten out any problem. Once you feel
you don't need it any more, take the piece of paper and bury it in the
ground. Thank the Goddess and God for helping you in this troubling
time of your life.
