Light Frankincense/Sage incense.  Take a deep breath and imagine the smoke cleansing you of all negativity.  Take a black candle and with a pin scratch the words "no more" into it.  This candle represents the bad energy that has been directed at you.  Take a white candle and scratch your name into it.  This candle represents you, pure and cleansed from all the negativity.  Place the 2 candles together so they are touching.  Tie black ribbon around them so that they are tied together.  Light the black candle saying:
 

 "This is bane, this is strife,
   This is all the bad in life."

Light the white candle saying:

 
 "This is me, I am pure,
   No more bad I shall endure."

Visualise black energy coming out from the black candle and swirling around the white candle.  This is the negative energy.  Take a pair of scissors and cut the ribbon.  You have now severed the ties between you and the negativity.  

Move the candles about 2cm apart, and visualise the black energy reaching towards the white candle, but not quite touching it.  Visualise the white candle sending white energy towards the black candle, the white energy blending with the black energy, turning it into grey energy.  Move the candles a further 2cm apart, and visualise the white energy becoming more powerful, and the grey energy of the two combined starting to become lighter, as the white energy is stronger and takes over the black.  When the white energy has taken over the black energy, pour a little water over the black candle to quench it.  Say:  
“I have overcome you.  You are harmless now”

While the white candle continues to burn, sprinkle the banishing herbs around the white candle in a circle.  Say:
 

 "These herbs shall protect me,
   Against all bane, strong I be."

Let the white candle burn down completely (making sure that the wax will not mark the surface you are working on).  If there is a puddle of wax left after the candle has burnt down, wait til it is cool enough to touch, and mould it into a ball.  Keep this charm in a safe place, as it will protect you.  Bury the black candle and the ribbon in the earth.
