Have a candle for each Element.  Start with Fire, write on a piece of paper something you wish Fire to give you more power for (such as enhancing passion) or something you would like Fire to soften it’s power on (such as making you less aggressive).  Light a candle and place it in a candle holder next to the Fire candle at the Fire point in your circle (if you cast one).  Light the paper from the Fire candle, and place it in a cauldron to burn.  

Go to Air, write something you wish Air to give you on a  piece of paper.  Light a stick of incense, and place it beside the Air candle.  Tie the paper to the string of a helium balloon, and set it free (if you are inside let it go up to the ceiling, and set it free outside when you can).  

Go to Earth, write your wish and place a flower beside the Earth candle.  Bury the paper in a pot/bowl of earth (or in the ground if you are outside).  

Finally go to the West, write your wish and pour some water into a bowl beside the Water candle.  Place the paper into the bowl of water and throw it in a river/pond/stream etc. when you are outside. It is done!
