Place three candles in a triangle (Black, Orange and Red).  Place a green candle in the centre of the circle.  Light it and say:
 

 "This candle is for peace and harmony, this is the goal I wish to achieve.
  This spell is to ease the situation between,
  America and their allies, and the terrorists and those who support or house them
  May they resolve this situation in peace."

Light the Black candle, and say:
 

 "This candle is for the terrorists.  May they feel remorse for what they have done
 Let them accept the anger the world feels, and use that to change their ways”

Light the Orange Candle, and say:
 

"This candle is for the people of Afghanistan
  Whether they are innocent or supportive of the Attacks
Let them accept the anger the world feels and not retaliate with war”

Light the Red Candle, and say:
 

"This candle is for the people of America, 
May they heal from the losses they have suffered
But may they realise that retaliation is not the answer
Let them solve this situation as peacefully as possible”

When they are all lit, carefully move them all closer together -the same distance.  Then say:
 

 "I bring you all together, equally, None is more, none is less,
  In this situation, you are all equal, in this life you are all equal.
  As you all come together, may it be in love and harmony,
  Remember that life is sacred, and enough lives have been lost.
  Ignore the anger you feel now.
  I bring you together, that you may work to restore peace among us all."

Move the candles closer together, so that they are all touching, say:

 
  "As the wax burns, you will all be as one,
  Connected, joined, blended together.
  There is no leader, no follower,
  All equally bonded together in peace
 May conflicts be resolved with words 
rather than bombs
 So Mote it be”

Let the candles burn down to a puddle, with all the candles melted together.
