Take a candle for each person in the situation, preferably each of a different colour that symbolises the person.  Scratch their names in the side of the candle.  Place all the candles, unlit in a circle.  Place a green candle in the centre of the circle. Anoint the centre candle with a harmony or peace attracting oil, light it and say:
 

 "This candle is for peace and harmony,
  This is the goal I wish to achieve.
  This spell is to ease the situation between,
  ....., ......., ........, ........, (names),
  May they all come together, in harmony."

Choose a person's candle you will start with, that may be the person who has caused the situation, or the first name or candle colour alphabetically.  Or you may choose one at random.  Anoint this candle with a love attracting oil.  As you anoint it, imagine the oil seeping into their body, and feel it bringing them love.  As you light the candle, say:
 

 "This candle is for .......(name)….
  May they feel the love that surrounds them,
  No more will they bicker and quarrel,
  No longer will they feel spiteful, or Hatred,
  No more will they feel lost and alone,
  As this candle burns, the anger diminishes, love and acceptance returns."

Repeat for all candles.  When they are all lit, move them all closer together, equally, say:
 

 "I bring you all together, equally, none is more, none is less,
  In this situation, you are all equal, in this life you are all equal.
  As you all come together, may it be in love and harmony,
  Remember the love you used to feel, and ignore the anger you feel now.
  I bring you together, that you may work to restore that which you used to have."

Move the candles closer together, so that they are all touching, say:
 

  "As the wax burns, you will all be as one,
  Connected, joined, blended together.
  There is no leader, no follower,
  All equally bonded together.
  May you walk with love in your hearts,
  For you are all blended with love.
  This baneful situation will now be solved."

Let the candles burn down to a puddle, with all the candles melted together.  Place the wax in the moonlight, and in the sunlight, each day (Only for a short time in the sun) until the situation resolves.
