Preparation: 
The day before you perform this spell, take 4 pieces of cinnamon and a pinch of Mustard seeds.  Place them into a small bowl and pour enough oil over these to just cover them.  Cover with plastic film and leave out in the sunlight for a day.  Before the ritual, strain off the herbs, keeping the oil.  You will use this oil to anoint the candles.  To do so, dip your finger in the oil and then rub it onto the candle.
 

Spell: 
Cut out as many job vacancies from a newspaper as you can and have these scattered about infront of you. Anoint a green candle with the oil and place it (in a candleholder) in the centre of the scattered advertisements.  

Say: 
 

"The job for me is out there. 
I light this candle that it may be a guiding light, 
Showing me the way to my employment" 

Light the candle, and stare into the flame.  Carefully move your hands around the advertisements until you feel the right one.  Pick it up and look at it.  Is the job suitable for you?  If it is, apply for it.  If it isn't then it might contain a message for you.  Study it closely and try to interpret what it is telling you.  For example, if it is far away from you it may be symbolising that the job you should be looking for is far away from the current thinking you have.  Then repeat the above chant, and try again.  

If it is a job suitable for you, continue the spell, and if you wish you may search for another job vacancy. 

Take a circle of green cloth (of any kind).  This will become a small pouch that you will carry with you until you find a job.  Sprinkle some Mustard seeds and Cinnamon into the centre of the cloth.  Place a malachite or Jasper stone onto the cloth, saying: 
 

"Jasper/Malachite, Mustard and Cinnamon, 
Powerful symbols of Employment. 
This charm will bring me a job!" 

Gather the edges of the cloth together and tie the bag up with green ribbon. Carry this bag with you to interviews and have it with you when writing up application letters. 

Extinguish the candle and place the bag in your pocket or handbag/briefcase.  Repeat the spell as many times as you need to.  Instead of re-making the bag each time, simply hold the bag in your hands while saying the lines.   

If you do not get the job you applied for, then it is a sign that the job wouldn't have been right for you, perhaps you would have hated the job or fellow employees.  It may also be a time to think if you are realistically putting enough effort into getting a job… you can't just do the spell, you have to actually do some work towards it too!
