Small individual quiches that work well for a snack or party food.
Method: 1). Take pastry sheets and cut them into 9 squares. Place one square into each dish of a muffin tray. Leave the pointy ends pointing up (This makes them easier to pull out, and provides a "handle" for eating!) 2). Use the filling from the Quiche recipe, and spoon the mixture into each pastry dish to about half fill it. Use a pastry brush to brush the egg mix over the exposed pastry. 3).
Bake in a reasonably hot oven, as you would the Quiche.
