...Obsi's Pizza...

OK, I have strange taste in a Pizza... this one comes from a time when I was vegetarian (hehe yes I was), and liked vegetable pizzas.  See, mum used to make pizza dough and we'd each take a crockery plate, spread out our pizza dough and then the whole kitchen bench would be filled with ingredients, so we'd just use whatever we wanted to make our own unique pizzas.  It was great...anyway, I got sidetracked.... I don't like vegetables on my pizza anymore, but I love corn.  Yes corn.. sounds weird I know, but give it a shot.  it's awsome!  A kinda sweet burst in the pizza.  *drool*

Ingredients:
Pizza base (I just buy them.. it's tons easier.  They go on special markdown often, so when they do I buy some to freeze)
Cheese (motzarella)
Olives (Black, preferably the lovely large ones starting with K  I can't spell)
Bacon
Sweet Corn (well drained)
Salami
Kabana (a thinner less spicy salami-like thing)
Ham (that shredded pizza stuff if possible... or else normal smoked ham, you chop into fine bits)
Tomato paste or spaghetti sauce
Oregano and other herbs
Cracked pepper

optional: garlic and spring onion (since I don't like regular onion)

Method:

1). Spread a really thin amount of tomato paste on the bottom.  I don't like it much - and it ruins the taste of this pizza if you put too much.  Infact, a tomato spaghetti sauce actually tastes better in my opinion.  Sprinkle herbs over it.

2).  Fry bacon - you can add some garlic and spring onions too if you like...

3).  Put down the ingredients in this order (very important):

Corn - I like a fair amount
Ham - cover the entire base with this
Salami - just a scattering of chopped up shredded (thinly sliced) salami (hot or mild - whatever your taste is)
Bacon - I like a reasonable amount...
Kabana - a reasonable amount
Cheese - heaps!  make sure the other ingredients are covered (particularly the corn - or you'll end up with stuff like popping corn - which is why it goes on first)
Olives - halved olives to decorate the top
A generous amount of cracked pepper.

4).  Bake in the oven until cheese has melted and is golden brown.

YUMMMMMM
