..."Noodles in Glue"...

This is a nickname my dad gave to it.  It is a pasta in a curried sauce base.  I made it for a friend once who didn't want curry or cheese in it... so it was just in white sauce and she didn't like it.  So dad teased me.  I like it though (with the curry), and it is one of those easy dishes you can do if there is hardly any food in the house (which seems to be ablways for me).

Ingredients:
Pasta
flour
milk
curry powder - Optional
Cheese - Optional
peas and corn

Method:

1). Boil pasta with the peas and corn (to cook them).  When ready drain.

2).  In a saucepan mix about 2 tablespoons of plain flour with a cup or so of milk - to make a white sauce.  Mix this and bring to the boil - it should thicken.  Stir in curry powder (just a little bit) and the pasta/vegies.  If you like, you can add some cheese to this.

3).  Eat.
