A simple
salad to take on picnics or BBQs
Ingredients:
Pasta
(I like spirals or tubes, they look more grown up than shells :) ) - about
1 and a half to 2 cups full
mayonaise
mint
(fresh or dried - fresh is a million times better))
Natural
yoghurt (optional)
curry
powder (trust me...)
peas
corn
milk
Method:
1).
Put the Pasta on to boil. Add the peas and corn to this to cook them.
2).
When cooked, drain and rinse with cold tap water. Put this in a mixing
bowl.
3).
Add about 3 tablespoons of mayonaise, about 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder,
about a tablespoon or 2 of yoghurt and about 1/4 teaspoon of mint.
Mix this all together with a bit of milk (if you find you need it to make
it moist enough). Adjust the quantities to taste.
4).
Put in an attractive serving bowl and garnish with parsley or something
(come on.. be artistic!)
