...Chilli Plum Sauce...

I used to work in a restaurant (heh, as a dish hand...the closest I got to cooking was to put cut up cakes onto plates, putting garlic butter and small loaves of bread onto plates and occasionally make a salad but nevermind)..... and there we had chilli plum sauce.... they would occasionally serve us up a bowl of chips and we'd dip them in the sauce.

Its sort of like sweet chilli sauce, but different, and quite yummy!



Ingredients:
Jar of plum jam/conserve
Bottle of chilli sauce

Method:

1). Spoon out some of the jam into a microwave safe bowl and microwave it until its liquid (not bubbling, just liquid)

2).  Mix that with the chilli sauce to taste (about half and half is good)

Done!
