...Mashed Potatoes...

Its easy to mash potatoes I know, but here is my twist....



Ingredients:
Potatoes
Garlic powder (optional)
Ground cardamon
Chicken Salt (or normal)
Cracked black pepper
Milk (can heat it up so the potato stays hotter)

Method:

1). Chop potatoes (peeled) boil until soft

2).  Drain and put back into the pot, mash like crazy, adding a little milk, until the potato is really smooth and creamy

3).  Mix in the spices (a pinch of each)... gives it a bit more depth...

For a divine variation use cream instead of milk.  You can also add broken up a cheese slice and mash that through
