Final checklist before ordering an animation
Before ordering an animation go through the following checklist to make sure you have provided everything necessary for the finished result you want and to be certain you know the final price.
- How many images? Any more than 12 will have to be individually negotiated.
- Which animation do you want? This will affect the "handling" and "per-image" costs.
The two points above govern the cost of your animation. See the table below for details.

- Are the images in an acceptable file format? (see "Acceptable file formats" below)
- Do you own or have the rights for use of the images? If the images are not owned by you then due diligence must be exercised to ensure that they are either copyright-free or that reprodution rights have been granted to you by the copyright holder. Remember - Let's keep it legal!
- Have you specified the size and (in the case of Spin, Smudge, Twirl and Twist) shape of the final SWF?
- Have you specified an RGB colour or background image for a round SWF? Not necessary for a square SWF
- Are the images large enough to be reduced and/or cropped down to the correct size for the specified size and shape of the SWF? See "Step 2: Select a size and shape" on the animation's page or check the "Image Sizes" table below.
- Have you written an accurate and unambiguous specification for the length and timing of the animation? See "Step 3: Specify the length" on the animation's page.
- Are all the images listed in the specification attached to the same email? No work will commence until all of the listed images have been sent.

Acceptable file formats
If specific RGB values are required please supply an RGB image. All CMYK images will be converted to RGB
- TIF (Tagged Information File Format)
- GIF (Graphic Interchange File Format)
- JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
- PNG (Portable Network Graphic)
- EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
- SWF (ShockWave Flash) as long as the SWF has NOT been output from the original Flash file with "Protect from Import" selected.
Things I won't do ...
I reserve the right to refuse work that falls into the following three categorys:
- criminal
- pornogragphic and/or offensive
- libelous
